Join us at the West Valley Ham Shack for a special World Amateur Radio Day Open House on Saturday, April 18 from 9 AM to 1 PM. Whether you’re an active ham, a former operator, or simply curious about radio and electronics, this is a great opportunity to visit the shack, see live radio demonstrations, explore vintage equipment, and learn how amateur radio has evolved into the digital age.​

Needing no introduction, we welcome KRISSY LARSON KI7GJJ to the shack's photo page. Her shack is a spacious room in her house, which is covertly located in a subdivision in Glendale.
Her range of operation was recently expanded to include HF. Of course, she dominates the VHF, UHF spectrum, as well as virtually every ham radio event across the Phoenix metroplex.
Always helpful and good natured, she embodies the ham radio's most fundamental creed: Considerate,Loyal, Progressive, Friendly, Balanced, and Patriotic.
The 'Shack' is an easy club to join, and it absolutely expands your enjoyment of your membership in other clubs. We complement one another, never a competition!
